Never delivered.

UPS transferred the package to USPS. Because USPS does not deliver to UPS addresses, the package was rejected. UPS failed to correct the mistake.
Two weeks after placing the order, AdTech had to be pressured to return $$$

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete, which resulted in the package being undeliverable by UPS/USPS. The address correction was submitted after the order had already been processed and shipped.

In situations like this, once an order is in transit, we must wait for the undeliverable package to be returned to our fulfillment center before a refund can be processed. Once the package has been returned, the refund will be issued accordingly.
