Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

Returning your AdTec Footwear is simple and hassle-free. We offer one (1) complimentary pre-paid return shipping label per order for returns or exchanges.
If an additional return is needed after the free label has been used, you will be responsible for providing your own return shipping label.

Shipping & Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, AdTec Footwear is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any shipping issues must be handled with the carrier.

Orders delivered to the address provided are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Chargebacks related to incorrect addresses or carrier issues will be disputed.

🛍️ How do I return an item?

Visit our Returns Center.

Enter your order number and email address.

Follow the prompts and select the item(s) you wish to return.

Upload at least 2 photos of the item(s) to verify condition.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return instructions and shipping guidelines.

Important:
All returns must be authorized in advance, either by:

an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, or

written email approval from our customer service team.

Email approvals must include:

Order ID

Reason for return

Refund method

📦 Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 30-day window has expired.

Items must be new, unworn, with all original tags and original packaging.

Returns must include a valid AdTec Footwear order number.

Return processing takes 7–10 business days once the item is received.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days after inspection and approval.

All returns are subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.

If you paid for shipping at checkout, shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval (RMA number or email authorization) will not be accepted.
AdTec Footwear is not responsible for any packages returned without proper authorization.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order number for faster resolution.

🔁 Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are allowed for size only.

To exchange for a different style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Only one complimentary return label is provided per order.

If an item is being returned for the 2nd time (repeat return or second exchange), you must request a manual RMA by emailing Team@AdTecFootwear.com for approval. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

📬 How do I ship items back?

Once your return is approved, detailed shipping instructions will be emailed to you.
All returns must be shipped within 10 calendar days of approval.

 How long do I have to ship the return?

You have 10 calendar days from the approval date to ship your return.
Returns shipped after this window may be rejected.

💸 When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
