WARRANTY POLICY
At AdTec Footwear, we build our products to be dependable, and we stand behind them. If your footwear experiences a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use within six (6) months from the date of purchase, our team will review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.
AdTec Footwear Limited Warranty
AdTec Footwear provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser for six (6) months from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
For purposes of this Limited Warranty, "normal use" means use of the product for its intended purpose and in accordance with any care, maintenance, and safety instructions provided by AdTec Footwear.
If a product is determined by AdTec Footwear to be defective and covered under this Limited Warranty, AdTec Footwear may elect to repair the product, replace the product, issue store credit, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate resolution.
WHAT IS COVERED
This Limited Warranty may cover verified manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
• Premature sole separation
• Defective stitching
• Faulty hardware, including eyelets or hooks
• Waterproof membrane failure under normal use
• Material defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship
• Other verified defects related to materials or construction
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or issues resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Worn outsoles, worn heels, wear holes, snags, or worn stitching resulting from use
• Cuts, abrasions, punctures, burns, scuffs, or damage caused by workplace hazards or external forces
• Improper fit after the product has been worn or used
• Failure to properly maintain the product, including cleaning and leather conditioning
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or use outside the intended purpose of the product
• Chemical exposure, contamination, or contact with foreign substances
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than AdTec Footwear
• Products returned beyond the applicable warranty period
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, liquidators, auction sites, consignment stores, private sellers, sales samples, promotional giveaways, or similar unauthorized sources
• Final sale, clearance, closeout, warehouse sale, or liquidation products unless otherwise required by applicable law
SAFETY TOE DISCLAIMER
If any safety-toe footwear, including steel toe, composite toe, alloy toe, or non-metallic toe footwear, sustains a significant impact or compression event, the protective toe component may be damaged even if such damage is not visible. Once a safety toe has sustained an impact beyond its rated protection level, the footwear should not continue to be used in any environment requiring safety toe protection.
AdTec Footwear shall not be responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from continued use of safety-toe footwear following a significant impact or compression event.
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, please email Team@AdTecFootwear.com with the subject line "Warranty Request."
Please include:
• Product style name or product tag number
• Men's, women's, or kid's size
• Order confirmation number
• Date of purchase
• Proof of purchase or receipt
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the defect, including close-up photos and full images of the product
Once your claim is received, our team will review the information and generally respond within three (3) to five (5) business days.
AdTec Footwear reserves the right to request that the product be returned for inspection before making a warranty determination.
AUTHORIZED RETAILER PURCHASES
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from AdTec Footwear or from an authorized AdTec Footwear retailer.
Products purchased through authorized retailers may also be subject to the retailer's return and exchange policies. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer may be required before a warranty claim can be reviewed.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY TERMS
Approved warranty claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution determined by AdTec Footwear.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty store credits may not be combined with promotional offers, discounts, clearance pricing, or other special pricing programs.
All warranty claims will be reviewed and evaluated by AdTec Footwear based on the information provided and any inspection conducted by AdTec Footwear.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
If AdTec Footwear determines that a product is defective and covered under this Limited Warranty, AdTec Footwear may elect to repair the product, replace the product, issue store credit, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate resolution. Such remedy shall be the customer's exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdTec Footwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of savings, loss of use, loss of data, or the cost of substitute products, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdTec Footwear's total liability arising out of or relating to any product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive express warranty provided by AdTec Footwear with respect to its products and replaces all other express warranties.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, AdTec Footwear disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
