Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, Hypard Trading Corp is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any shipping issues must be handled with the carrier.
Orders delivered to the address provided are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Chargebacks related to incorrect addresses or carrier issues will be disputed.
