SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are shipped using UPS Ground Saver and typically arrive within 3–4 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

FREE SHIPPING

AdTec Footwear offers free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the eligible U.S. shipping area. Orders below $75 are subject to the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are typically processed within one business day, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

LOST, DELAYED OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and delivery schedule.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact AdTec Footwear and we'll do our best to help.

AdTec Footwear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, AdTecFootwear.com does not offer international shipping.
